About
We make outcomes legible.
SignalGrid was started on a simple observation: the public signal that determines whether a film, a candidate, a brand, or an athlete will succeed is already in the open, but it is scattered across a hundred surfaces and almost never assembled into a calibrated prediction.
We are building the layer that does the assembly, and the modeling, and the calibration, and the explanation, so that the people making consequential decisions can stop guessing.
Vision
Every consequential decision should be informed by the signal that is already public.
Mission
Build a calibrated prediction engine for ten verticals where the cost of a wrong call is measured in millions.
How we operate
Calibration over confidence
A 70 percent prediction should be right 70 percent of the time. We invest more in calibration than we do in chasing leaderboard accuracy.
Public signal, properly licensed
Everything we ingest is licensed or public. We treat data provenance the way a brokerage treats settlement data.
Explanations, not magic
Every prediction ships with the drivers behind it. Black-box scores are not a product, they are a liability.
Vertical depth, platform leverage
We build deeply in each vertical, but every vertical sits on the same ingestion, resolution, and modeling platform.
We are hiring.
Engineers, applied scientists, and domain experts in any of our ten verticals. If the brief above sounds like the work you want to be doing, write to us.
